AMDEP remove quite a number of the laid up MBO405 the past few days to clear up their space. There are roughly around 25-30 laid up Merc in AMDEP.

Any idea for 0417H and 0429Z...?
0408J was actually repainted less than one month back.. these few days sv 269 got a lot of cameo buses...

if the 37xx and 38xx series liftspan are not extended, then why are you still seeing them on the roads?

If they are making Singapore into a WAB/ accessible state, there'll be adjustments here and there in the future, such as making new bus stops to replace the bus stops that are not WAB accessible nearer to the original location.
ps if i sound confusing lol.
agree. but they (LTA) just want to follow their stupid rules and guidelines. Til get more complains or the big big boss say so..then they might consider to make all bus stops WAB friendly status. maybe write to the transport minister loh.. Like mention before, there are confusion whether bus stops are WAB accessible, if you refer to the WAB section of SBST website... Certain bus stop are accessible to one service, but not another service on the same route?
also, understand that LTA is going to retrofit /rebuild all those bus stops which is not WAB accessible. By then, i think it might be 2015..

timing are provided out of goodwill. There is no guarantee bus will stay on that slot or appear. Bus might breakdown or being deployed on another service. Dun blame other for providing wrong timing. If not, you can camp at the interchange for 3 1/2 hrs next time instead of relying on timing giving by other.btw, SLBP did not remove the WAB logo on 8030L. wait get complain again.

I would say that SBST has improved on their Cutomer Service standards.
I made a complaint recently and the problem was rectified within an hour. I found that the SBST staff were efficient and swift in dealing with the situation and would like to commend them and also to share it with you guys.
I was onboard SBS9835A on Service 31 from Geylang Rd to Toa Payoh Int.
The bus was stuffy on the upper deck and there was close to no aircon at all. Immediately, i called CRO at 1800 2872727 to report the matter and when the bus reached Toa Payoh Int, it was put out of service and replaced with SBS 9141T. (AMDEP SP) and to top it off, they gave me 2 complimentary tickets as reimbursement or more like service recovery for the unpleasant ride which they took the effort to resolve the problem and would like to applaud them for their efforts
should post this without mentioning getting complimentary tickets. Some OTHER ppl will be very desperate to send complain letter or call SBST to complain over small things, just to get the complimentary tickets.

does it go back to being a 63 permer?
most likely , cos not much service it can be deployed on as it is batch 1. wasted 3 months parking in AMDEP after accident and then took almost 2 months to repair it. The bus have been undergoing road test in AMDEP for the past one week. Think they have restickered back the EUro IV bus ad back to the BC cabin portion as well.
